Finally got out - taking some family out tomorrow. Found a few in deeper water 25 - 27 FOW, surface water temp ~66F.
Used EC lil Nasties - I still like them and they stuck these BGs pretty good.

Judging by the light on the hills in the first pic, I'm assuming you were fishing near sunset. Nothing like the light of the last hour of day for photography!

Nice fish LH. I'm curious as to how you guys do today. Ought to be a good Redear bite going on by now.. And AllenOK- That's an early morning sunrise. Looks to be about 7:15 AM or so..

That's awfully red for a sunrise shot! Sunrise light here in OK is usually a light lemony-yellow color. Was there a lot of dust in the air to the east filtering the light?

At least someone's getting some luggage. Fishing canceled today - woke up to upper 20's & the wind howling.

Something just dawned on me, LedHed. It could just be the color of the rocks in your area. Makes the sunlit areas appear deeper red.

Believe it or not, we occasionally get some smog here in OK, as well.
