CrAng, what kind of action does the wide flat body jig have, compared to a round ball head? Weight and hook size?

Got a new one here Men Called it Funky White/Boy it's a 1/16 doublr tappered worm head done in CSI vinel color call it Flo. leapard body kip and crystal with 1/69 latteral line in holo gold.
