With a Google Account, you could upload (store) your document to Google Drive (GD) and then link to it here I think. Been quite a while since I've used GD. Make sure that your document is available for viewing by the public. I believe that there's a setting for that.

You should be able to upload it as an attachment through the regular image upload if the size is small enough. PDF format is accepted. Congrats on the publicity.
