Here ya go Hawn. I haven't tossed this jig at the hybrids yet, but I think it will work, especially when they are pushing shad up shallow. Tie it in chartreuse, all white, and gray/white. Hybrids like flash, so tie in a bunch of flashabou and krystal flash with it. I didn't have any flashabou, but the flashier the better.
jig head: some 1/4 oz heads that I picked up in Destin, FL when I was fishin for speckled trout (stainless hooks)
