As you can all see I got my computer back,better then ever.Gave me time to go do some things as I was sooooo bored without it,lol.Got up to the lake,as I was hungry for a perch dinner.Ended up with about 65 all together.Lake was froze.Had to use the boat as an ice barge to get to our spot.The main lake was open water but the cut between that we usually fish was frozen,the pic shows it.They would'nt touch a jig of any size.Little minnies and wax worms were the ticket.

Try cleaning them like this - you get way more meat. My wife showed me how to do this years ago, her Uncle had taught her when she was little!!! [video=youtube]

After cooking the meat peals right off the bone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll have to try that next time.Looks like all the bones are still inside the fish though.They don't bother me at all,some people just swollow them though,lol.
