Potato flakes
egg wash (2 or 3 eggs beaten good)
Old Bay seasoning or Cavendar's (if your part of the country sells Cavendar's)
Fish fillets
Get your fish fillets out, dip them in egg wash and then dip that into the potato flakes. Lay in plate and sprinkle with seasoning on each side of the fillet. Now you can do one of 2 things. Place your fillets in an oven at 350 degrees and bake until done or fry the fillets up, until done. YUM-O!
