The wool is looking sweet. What is your times per jib getting to now? How many satin fibers are you pulling off per each section?

Thanks all!

It actually takes me longer to strip the satin strips!! Tying the whole thing maybe 5 minutes or so. I'm actually thinking about pulling all the non-shiny fibers from the satin and leaving maybe 1/8" or less at the top and then cutting it off and they wouldn't be loose. I'll post a pic at home tonight to show it.

Cool.....post a pic. I am working on the best idea also. I have pulled all shiny and made into pile. The pile is hard to manage because the pieces stick togethor.

I've taken almost all the non-shine strands out. I'm thinking of just cutting straight up and having the band to tie onto the jig.
