I'll second the thought. Getting ready to load up the smoker with 4 briskets and 8 pork butts and 2 turkeys in the cold chamber overnight then at 6 am move the turkeys to the hot side, crank the heat to 250 and let er rip. All should be done between 9 am and 11am

Yep, hope all have a blessed Thanksgiving....

And big thank you for our founding fathers and mothers...

We can only imagine what they had to do to make it happen..

And me???

Gonna hunt in the AM...

Try not to eat too much lunch with the fam....

Then nap for a little...

then fish and watch some football in the PM........

HAPPY THANKSGIVING GUYS AND GALS...

Ate too much, snuggled with my grand neice (4 weeks old) waaaay too long. But she cried everytime they tried takng her away.
Roast Turkey, Smoked Turkey, Slow Smoked Brisket, way too many trimmings and desserts. Being part of a big and growing family has some perks, This year we had to add a third table just for sides. I took a walk to try and settle thing down and counted states on liscense plates (21 this year)

I hope everyone had a good time with family and friends. As always to much food to eat was my biggest problem but I handled it like a man :)
