Howdy from Texas! Found this site through Keith of Hawn Jigs. He's been somewhat of a mentor and encourager to me as I began learning about pouring jigs, painting, and dressing them.

I live near the Gulf Coast and fish for reds, trout, and flounder as much (but not often enough!) as I can.

Looking forward to being a part of this site!

Holy Mac - didn't realize I did all that in a few emails? I'm just a beginning tie-er learning from other guys onboard here.

Definitely a knowledge lineage here, since I fairly recently learned all I know about rabbit fur ties from Jigger John. Thats a cool thing about the internet & forums like this allowing exchanges between people thousands of miles distant who may never meet face to face!
