Never even seen a pike in the flesh but he said they like bright colours and thought this might lure one in the canals near his home in England. We'll see.

Nice looking jig. I'm sure they'll love it to death. Make sure you seal the threads well, because they have nasty teeth.

Take a saltwater croc, replace the limbs and tails with fins, give it gills and you'd have a northern pike. It's a good thing they don't grow big enough to attack people, or we'd be on the menu! About the only pike bigger and meaner is the muskie, and they don't grow over there.
