Sat around today, raining, bad football, and made my grand daughters some jewelry.




Indiana bladed earrings, rooster-tail earrings, Joe's flies earrings and a rooster-tail necklace.

I made da Witch (RIP) over on RS a bunch of ear rings with zonker & crosscut strips. The ear rings were similar to Phil Shaeffer's jigs. All black, all purple, and black/purple.

I simply took nips and cut the loops holding those tiny trebles on the lures. I found the spinnerbait blades work/look better with a swivel. I had made some of those years ago and they sold like crazy! BTW, my grand daughters are 8 and 11, so they aren't too cool (yet) to wear such.

Well, my oldest grand daughter called me last night, telling me she needed 3 pair of the joe's flies style. Her buddies gotta have 'em some. Whodda thunk it?
