Fish Skull Deceiver

My first attempt with these heads and I like them better than the cones and barbells so far. Bucktail, hackle, Peacock herl, opal flash & synthetic throat. I will need some practice and better quality with the feathers. It actually throws well with spinning gear.

That is very nice! I have some fish skulls but haven't tried tying anything with them yet.

That would make a nice jig for bass feeding on sunfish

After casting a few times the form gets better. I need to break down and buy a quality saddle for the feathers.
