For your first one you took on a handful - came out pretty good. Too me - big stuff is harder to do then little jigs. Looks like you might have been kind of hot when you were applying the paint. Don't get in a hurry - you can always reheat. I think this, when doing big jigs, is where a heat gun has an advantage.

That looks good but how long did it take? That is a lot of tapping?

Actually is wasn't that long. 3-4 min. Biggest issue was the toaster oven for cure. I had to wire it up on the rack.

Some toaster ovens you can turn on the side, drill some hanger holes, for the big stuff...
