Finally got to fish.

It has been pretty dang miserable here for a while. Finally warmed up yesterday and today to around 50 with some sun and the wind died down some. Took my dad out and got a few yesterday and today.
Nothing huge but did manage a couple eater crappie. Caught them 9' deep on a 1/32oz super glow green jig head tipped with a watermelon pearl gulp alive 1" minnow.
Hope to get out next weekend with the boat.

Thanks everyone. It felt great to get out with Pops and get a few.
It is in the 40s in the day and 20s at night right now. And calling for a couple 30 degree days this week then 50 Friday and Saturday with some rain. We are going to try to make it out with the boat towards the end of the week.
