Would those pass the scrutiny of wardens in "Flies Only" areas, especially on spinning gear?

No sir they will not!!!!!! And it really is dumb!!! Here in Vermont if you get checked and you show it's a bead head for fly tying you're ok, and even then it depends on the Warden!!!!!!!! I've had to pull the Rule Book out more than once to show them, and the same problem with clousers. Had a fresh out of school Warden wanting to write a kid up for using a casting float with a FLY attached saying the float constituted bait fishing!!!!!!!!

I love throwing a fly line but I really hate "Flies Only" areas!!!!!!!!! It's not fair to all the folks that pay the same license and tackle fees which contribute to FW and then tell them they can't fish a really good stretch of the river.
