Does anyone or any group of people here get together to tie at a library or community center? I remember my grandpa used to be a member of a wood carving group where they just sat around and did their thing, told lies and helped out new guys starting out.
I wondered if something like that existed in the St. Louis and Illinois area? I see lots of people from my area on here and was interested in it. I don't think any special agenda or classes are what I'm looking for but would enjoy them if there is some. Id just like to have a few people around to watch techniques and general talk about tying, sports, the weather etc.
If there's none and anyone is interested all ya need is 3-4 and we got a group. I got a dining room table with 6 chairs.
