FM..www.lavender-rabbit.com. Also have Pendleton. Texture is very similar but smoother to touch (if that makes sense). Had the new in water and looks just as good as Pendleton. Same prices. I picked up a lot of colors. Yellow is sweet and so is orange. . Let me know if you want a pic. Slow on delivery!

No....I did a pinch on bottom and then your trick for the top like you showed me on the you tube video. Look my fingers afterward and pulled them out to get right portion after it was secured. Make sense?

All of those jigs are nice. I like working with the wool and I like the longer tails that you are tying also. Nice colors of wool, got to get more colors myself.

Plate - Thanks for the pics!! and I think I see why yours look a bit different - but have to do some checking but see ?? to Stump below.

Hey Stump tell me if this sounds right - In your video and how I grab a bunch of wool the wrapper on the Pendleton has it bunched up and we're just yanking a piece off. In Plates pic, stretched out it seems to have more of a fiber look. I'm thinking if we take it out of the wrappers and stretch it all out we'd get a more fiber look to it??? In his pic it seems like you could just cut a piece as long as you wanted and shape it easier. I'll post some pics tonight after I try it.

Got the PB site to work tonight - here's the Pendleton stretched out and you'll notice it doesn't really have the fiber length look like Plates stuff

Very nice colors. The texture looks similar to the Steelhead Stalkers UV yarn I have. I'm sure the fish will love them. Hope your wife feels better soon!

FM....agree not quite the same. I will keep everyone posted with RnD. I plan on getting out next weekend if possible. Headed to pick up the boat this morning from the mechanic. Had spring "tune up" done.

This is 1oz Candy from Lavender Rabbit.
What I did was open the package and unroll the roving, clip off a hunk, and store the rest back in the bag, as you can see a little hunk will make a lot of gigs. I keep the hunks of wool in their own little bags, so I don't have to fool with all of the wool every time I want a little.

This makes the wool easy to handle ,tie, and comb out.

SL...The good things there is always various ways! I just keep in the bag and have pulled out one end and lightly pull a pinch off.
