Very cool! Goes to show some of the members here are the grass roots under some of the big boys. Can't beat that. Also stands to show simply how effective jig fishing is. :jig: Glad to see the article and thanks for posting it.

For an update on crappies on jigs in Ontario check out the second entry on Gord Pyzer's Facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/gordon.pyzer?fref=nf . Gord tells me on this catch, the crappie went deeper for Fall,needed heavier 1/16 oz satin laced jigs, and wanted woolies tipped with larger soft plastic "Beaver" type tails!
