Did a couple more colors of the foam beetles for doing some top water action on the gills. Used ostrich herl on these. White/Pink and a Brown/Orange both a size 10 hook.

I do a very similar pattern called a Gurgle-Pop. Yellow foam with chartreuse belly. I do several different sizes, but the ones that get used to most are tied on a size 2 baitholder hook, and used for LMBs. But, the smaller ones are DEADLY on gills.
Those will catch fish, no doubt. Love the orange one.
