That's an awful big tie off. When you get to the end strip some fibers off the core of the chenille and tie if off on the thread core. It will make your jig look better.

Ditto Fm - like the color combo. What is the wt. and hook sz.?

Jigs look best when you dont see any thread..IMO,unless your using red for a gill effect.

Blue / wht , blue/chart are good colors for 2 of the lakes around me . Matter of fact that is about the only color that sells on one of them .
