Thanks to everyone for all the encouragement.... I personally think these are my best set of jigs to date. It took me 3 hours to paint, cure and put the eyes on 30 jigs...I used some thin CA to glue my thread on, and another dab after all tail materials were tied on, before wrapping the chenille, and a dab of head cement to seal the whip finish. I don't know how everyone else does it, as I have never watched someone else tie a jig....kind of taught myself. I really spent some time on this batch for a swap, and almost hate to mail them out!!!! LOL
Id be interested in seeing what process everyone else uses for their jigs... do you use the CA (super glue) to secure your ties??? maybe a good topic for another thread???

As for your tying process, mines basically the same 'cept I don't use much glue other than after the whip.
