Pulled out a bag of old materials this afternoon,and went to work..

No fancy chenille's,no fancy paint,no 3D eyes,,,just some good old basic colors and combo's..These are some of the colors and materials I got my start with,and will bet I can still catch as many fish on them as all the new high tech stuff I buy and tie....

Those patterns are hard to beat Rad. Crappie would eat them up here in Maine .. Nice work!

Red, Silver Gray, Red now thats a good combo. Also like the Chartreuse, Silver Gray, Chartreuse. Your are right no matter where they will take fish.

That's all I aspire to tie color wise That's what works here also and I don't sell so it's all I need. You like the green chrt better than the fl yellow? They look great and I'll have to add that red/ silver combo to my order if it works like the others.

Thanks guys,,,I fishing next Wed and am going to do some research...Basic vs new age...Ill post results.

So which chicken combo do you like best? Pank/chart/pank or chart/pank/chart???

I fish the pcp more than the cpc,but one lake it does much better..

You like the green chrt better than the fl yellow? They look great and I'll have to add that red/ silver combo to my order if it works like the others.
On my true pinks I like the flo chart better,,on the blacks and my wine jigs I like the flo green
