Thanks for pulling it down Roger! I've been busy here lately and not been able to check in as often as i should. The spammers are getting bad. I would just advise NOT to click any links they post or have in their signature/profile......

Bam, bam, bam, the scum is back!
Ughh!!!! It has been non-stop... looks like Sonny dealt with it this AM and when i got on at lunch they were all back slingin' spam.
I hate to do it, but i set the member registration so a member can not make their 1st post until they are given permission by an administrator. I don't like to do this because a 'real' new member may have to wait to be able to post - can't have that instant gratification. They seem to have waged war here, have to fight back. :dodgy: I will also be trying an update on the forum software (wil post before i do, have to shut the forum down to do it) to see if i can't cut back on junk sign-ups in the future, but i have a feeling these are not 'auto' robots that are doing the work but rather people who are paid to sit at a computer all day and do nothing but advertise/spam where ever they possibly can on the WWW. I 'think' anyway.
