Check the plier bite marks on the oversize hook eye.

Okay I see them now - those big eye hooks are hard to find in the old ones. The new ones are kinda of expensive. Feather Craft and Orvis has some but $6 for 25 hooks!!

Bet you could hang a plastic leach off that and do some good .

Those are just a glare on the eye. Actually are no marks on the eye. Prop was put on first.

So, how'd you get the body on after installing the prop?

Just soldered the blade on after the prop.

Okay , didn't realize the body was a blade thought it was molded lead! The paint job conceals it very well!! Still looks like marks on the eye though!! LOL
