Pepop - It was either a custom or modified mold. If you take a crane swivel and slide it on your hook, tie it in next to the head of the jig and it's pretty close to the same thing.

There are a couple others here that have some good molds also. It's a buzsy time for em though. Tyin a swivel on your hook like FM said works good too. There are several tutorials in that section on different ways to tye em on your hook. There is one that comes off the back of the hook that is a killer...
