Those are the new "fish eyes" I've heard so much about. They are all the rage in the mainstream Flyfishing and Flytying mags. I've seen at least 4 articles on the new "fish eyes" and prominent tyers such as Dan Bastion, Ed Shenk, and Harry Murray have extolled the virtue of these newshapen eyes. I just ordered a pack. I'll post a review here as soon as I get them and try them out.
