Give me some honest opinions on this as it is the first I did that is bass size and the first time using the satin fibers. First of all I had a hard time finding satin around my area, there is only a few mom and pop fabric places and they didn't have what I needed so I went to Michaels and found some 2 inch wide satin ribbon, it works for now and for 4 dollars for 4 yards I should be ok for a bit. Well my jig is a 3/32oz walleye style head painted shad gray, I tied some black, white, and a few blue satin fibers on the jig and then I tied on gray wool using Danville 210 gray thread. Once I tied the wool in and shaped it I tied in white and black satin fibers to finish it off, and I know the UV reflects off of the satin fibers and is a big reason to use it but to be honest it also looks pretty cool in the water. Anyway, critique my jig and tell me what I did wrong so I can make it better, thanks!
