I love cast iron. I usually use avocado oil to season. High smoke point 570ish, I think...plus cheaper to get from sam's club than some others. If we move, I think I'm addicted to a gas stove and it would become a requirement.

This was probably due to the lack of content, and things to do. People don't want to be a part of a sinking ship for long. However since taking over the site, activity is getting higher - so I will moderate etc, and if other would like to volunteer, happy to entertain the thought! Thanks!

This is one reason I recommend two factor authorization on every site I visit including this one. Don't reuse passwords. I use a program called 1Password. It's $60 a year, it works across all my devices. There are other free alternatives.
