Wonder if this strange design could catch fish - especially large crappie

Was fooling around in the basement workshop and came up with this (bottom curl tail). The lures above it I know catch fish but it doesn't hurt to constantly experiment.

That's exactly how Charlie Case came up with allot of his baits. I was at the rodeo when he invented the his Jack's worm from a Magic Stix and said "I think I'll sell this"
