10 lbs of Roma tomatoes?

There is easily just as many MORE that i still need to pick today and probably just as many rotten ones on the vine. Would guess we have at least 20lbs. once they are all picked and maybe a pound of cherry tomatoes too.
Gave away two large bags today but it didn't make a dent. Already have about 2 gallons of homemade spaghetti sauce (with fresh grown basil) saved away. Making some tomato soup today to freeze than just add heavy cream when we are ready to eat it.
Any other suggestions?
