Unmarked vise. The base looks European to me. Haven't tried it yet - not sure what the spring mechanism by the rear tension knob is for;

The spring pushes the jaws forward to open, when you loosen the knob, Keep it lubricated (dry Graphite works well)

You prolly have more vises than rod and reels by now... LOL

Hmm! that's one on me for sure .never saw a spring tension in a vise before .

The spring tension mechanism is interesting.
