Very nice jigs plateboater....I also use eyes on certain heads and at different times when fishing being either 3D or painted.

Very nice indeed!!! I use eyes on a couple of different style bass jigs and I use them on my minnow heads but thats is it.

I fought them for years,but mosr of mine have them now...Dont think the fish care one way or the other,but it does make a good looking jig.

Very nice jigs pictured. :cool: I like eyes on crappie ties or minnow type jigs for bass. Haven't dotted any eyes in quite a while though.

Yep, I use eyes, either painted or stick-on, on my jigs. Bout the only bait I fish with that doesn't have eyes is worms.

Just started using them since joining this site. Started with 1/16th and 1/32nd oz. minnow heads. Love the look and how they turned out. Nice assortment you tied.

Very nice ties. I'm sure they will get bit.

If a head has eye sockets, I will put eyes on it. If not, I just leave it solid colored.

In the spring they are a must. I hand paint most of my eyes I do have a few stick ons. If you can find some old pictures of some of the eyes that Nightprowler has done they are the best around. Herb has it down to a science. It is worth a look at his work.
