Stirrup Clevise

I would like to know if any of you guys have used the clevise type of spinner for jigs.I have not tried these yet to see if they spin or not.This is a 1/32 #4 hook.

I have not Len. Looks like it should be a good one. I would think it would really shake the skirt on those too! Cool stuff.

It should spin but I think you may have to fish it faster almost a cast and retrieve like a spinner instead of jig. Sure you will let us know how it worked out for you after fishing with it and experimenting with different retrieves

It will spin and you will have to retrieve it like an inline spinner . Bet you catch a fish on it .

Len I use alot of them on spinners but never on a jig. I'd like to hear how they worked out.

Have not thought about using them but it does look like it will work. Good thinking out of the box.

I've never tried that idea. Looks promising though.

I think JiggerJohn tried them, but found propellers to be a better option for adding blade flash & vibration to a jig.
