:bigfish: 1 Lg. (2 lbs.) salmon fillet
10 cloves garlic, minced
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. oregano

I use good seasoned hickory wood for smoking.
prepare smoker for 4 - 5 hour smoke.
Rinse salmon fillet.
Combine remaining ingredients together and cover top of salmon (meat side up) Place in smoker, cook until salmon flakes easily and has a consistant color all the way through the middle. Remove from smoker, let rest for 5 minutes covered. DIG IN! :jig:

That sounds good. I have tried salmon on a grill before and didn't like it. Going to buy a smoker soon and will give this a try.
