I haven't fished this creek in about 5 years. The last time I fished it... it was kinda paltry. Last night was about the same. The creek doesn't have a lot of holding water. A uniform depth of 1.5 to 2 fow and very tannic.
So I fished with my good pal "anokpeas". He saw this hole and stated, "Dude, there has GOT to be a bass holding under that foam patch."
He was right... his first SMB of 2011
We only caught 1 fish each last night. But my chartruese Bolivian Chickenbat Streamer saved the day from a me getting a skunking!
