Russian Troll Media Meddling

Wow, internet news comments from obvious Russian trolls & bots with 10,000 or more posts has stepped up a notch.  Recently, the troll factory has managed to tweak thumbs up-down feedback such that formerly inane insult comments that were at best up-down even now are disproportionately up.

So, we're now being encouraged to insult others with different views from our own?  Advocate violence?  Shouldn't the FCC or other internet watchdog agencies be taking steps to prevent Russian infiltration ? 

I deeply feel that we Americans are entitled to differences of opinion, but I notice that Russian trolls seem to echo Fox News commentary.
