Shrimp Andouille Pasta

Prep time: 20 min
Cook time: 30 min
Yields 6 - 8 Servings
Serving Size: 2 cups
Ingredients
1 Pound(s) Andouille Sausage
1 Pound(s) Peeled & deveined shrimp
8 Tablespoon(s) Green onions, thinly sliced
3 Teaspoon(s) Garlic, minced
1⁄4 Cup(s) White wine
2 Cup(s) Heavy cream
1 1⁄2 Tablespoon(s) Creole Mustard
1 Teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
1⁄2 Cup(s) Parmesan cheese, grated
LA Crawfish Co. Creole Seasoning
Hot cooked pasta
Steps
Cut sausage into bite sized pieces
Brown sausage in heavy skillet Show
Add shrimp, green onions, mushrooms, & garlic Show
Sauté until shrimp turn pink
Remove shrimp mixture from stove & set aside
Add wine to skillet & cook until reduced by half, scrape brown bits from bottom of pan as wine is reduced
Add cream & cook stirring frequently until reduced by a third
Add Creole Seasoning, Creole Mustard, Worcestershire sauce, & cheese
Add shrimp mixture & stir until heated through Show
Serve over hot cooked pasta with hot French bread
