Rabbit Jig - Normal full body

This is a normal rabbit hair jig that I prefer over the umbrella style but I have to admit that the umbrella style works well in a river enviroment. Anyway, this is the more traditional stle with a longer tapered body, this jig is going to be a craw imitator and will hopefully get bit when I get to use it. The jig is a 1/8oz weedless football jig with a 2/0 flat eye hook painted brown, it has a black barred orange and yellow rabbit hair tail finished with a body of orange frosted tipped black rabbit hair.

That's a very good-looking tie that will get the attention of smallmouth bass.

It means they dyed the pelt and then bleached the tips.

Thanks for the kind words all!! The tips of the black rabbit hair are "frosted" with orange, they did exactly what Shoemoo said, but instead of leaving the tips bleached it was dyed orange. What it does is make the hair appear to gradually change to the orange shade because it isn't bright, it is just enough to notice, very natural looking but you pay a little more for that kind and that finished up what I had left.
