Ok - for the guys who have made these and us that want to but don't want to spend the cash for the wapsi ones, here's the pages for Hagens, Worth, Janns and Barlows.

Which size match's up with the Wapsi that you guys are using. Let us know on each page what size.

Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FM, Size 1 was the original Boolie size, and probably best overall, in gold/brass. The size 2 is good if you want extra flash/vibration , and on bigger (1/8-3/8) jig heads. This year I've used size 0 on 1/24 ,1/32, and 1/64 oz heads that carry thin wire no 8 or 10 size hooks, with very good success.

Jigger where did you buy your's from?? Don't know that I need a 1000 of each but the prices at Worth are excellent for nickle and polished brass, haven't gotten an email back on how much the gold ones will be.

Hagens messed up everything as they offer 4 sizes. I had assumed size 1 down to a 1/16th head size but it seems big on a 1/32nd - and I poured some 1/32nd with a size 10 gold aberdeen and the size 0 blade looks bigger than the jig.

At least with the attached PDF all 4 companies are shown. With Hagens less than min. 500 each of size 1 in nickle and polished brass will run about $24.50 plus shipping. But Worth depending on size you can get 1000 each for a couple dollars more but they look different in the hole area, which is what brought this up. I think Janns rounds which cost a bit more are Worths, they look exactly the same.

Most of the blades are much the same, if not identical (all manu. from same source!). I've bought mine by sight in various fly shops (NOT bulk quantities!!), and have gone to Barlows(size 1 & 2) for bigger orders. The size 0 propellers that I'm using now are from Worth's, and these gold ones are VERY suitable for tiny jigs, down to a 1/80 oz size with no 10 thin wire hooks.
