Pro Tec "Alewife"

Picked up Pro Tec's "alewife" paint.... Painted up a head or two and figured I'd share the results in case someone was curious. Lots of fine pearl flash

I like and use that color for shad heads. Nice contrast with chartreuse tails.

I bought it with float and fly type jigs in mind. Throw a little duck on there with some pink or chartreuse thread maybe.

That paint is a winner, mixed up a color pretty close to it last week. Definitely a color that I'd put some duck feathers on.

Yeah, kind of a light lavender chrome pearl (that make sense?)
