I have been working on designing my own swim bait and swim bait mold. It is relatively small by swimbait standards. It is 3.75 inches long and about 3/8 of an inch thick and 3/4 of an inch high. I carved out the shape I want out of oak hard wood. Now it is in POP. The problem is I don't think I can get it out of the POP without messing up my mold. anyone have any suggestions on how to remove my wood master from a POP mold? I guess if all else fails I can just destroy the mold and start over. If I go this route any suggestion for molding it in POP in a way that I can remove it once it sets up? I probably should have coated the wood with something but I'm not sure what?
