After seeing the chenille hackle looked through my stuff and I actually had some

So I tied up some Polar bear with it as a hackle neck

Nice tyes Doug. I have some skiens of 4or5 colors and at times over the summer a silver jig tied with the hackle chenille has saved the day. I got my yarn at Hobby Lobby. They don't have it all the time.

Nice ties FM.

The tyer's chenille hackle looks just like eyelash yarn to me. If you want to find some sparkling eyelash yarn, then I suggest Michaels and look for Martha Stewart Crafts Glitter Eyelash. They carry Bernat Boa yarn too which is great for tying worms and other extended bodied jigs/flies. It's very similar to your white/silver pictured in your first photo.

BTW, I bought skeins of both of those yarns while on sale there last week.

And...don't forget to visit Michaels web site to print off the weekly 40% off coupon that is good for any one regularly-priced item if you decide to go. ;)

Thanks Pup but I'd have to go to New Hampshire to hit Michaels. Do have a JoAnne's fabrics and AC Moore - I'll have to check their website and see if they carry it. Thanks for the info.
