I just got some Plastic that's real crap . You would swear it has water in it . Heat it up and it starts to pop and crackle no matter what you use to heat the stuff with . I shook it , stirred it did every thing but put it in a blender . Still sounds like I'm cooking pop corn . Can,t shoot it until its almost burned . Came from Janns glad it was only a quart . Anybody run into this before on any kind of plastic.

I have not run into this problem yet but I would definitely contacted them about it you definitely got it right it sounds like water in the plastic.

Send it back - sounds like they sent you some crap. Might be from high humidity.
