Yep NP is the go to guy. Herb does very nice work. I have been doing a lot of pills lately. Paint a big old white eye with a royal blue pupil. The bigger the eye the better. That seems to make a big difference. On the days that every one is using jigs with no eyes I have been doing very well with the pills with big eyes. Black with a red wing, Black with a blue wing, All black, and the one that worked the best this year for me 10 crappies in 8 minutes. Sapphire Blue head black kip tail with a Chartreuse wing and two strips of holograph tinsel 1 inch beyond the end of the hair. All thread necks. use red thread.
