Top jig is 1/8oz head in baby bass green with chartreuse flake, size 1 hook and olive and chartreuse craft hair with some spots for something different. The bottom one is a 1/16oz head the same color as the top jig, it has a size 2 hook and chartreuse bucktail and medium size olice chenille.

Nice ties but you'd better go easy on that Baby Bass Green - the new bbg stuff from Pro-Tech doesn't look anything like it anymore.

What does it look like? I got 3 jars of this a little over a year ago and I'm on the last jar. I use is in a fluid bed most of the time but I also spray it on spinnerbaits so I'm wondering if I have the new stuff or if it is just recent that the color changed because I use it a lot.

That is how mine come out, I find a lot of pics on the CS website look different. The smoke is matte black, but it looks like a light shade of gray. What I do with the baby bass green is I keep a jar of chartreuse flake next to the fluid bed, I dip the jig in the color and then it goes into the flake. I get the CS Pro-Tec clear powder with chartreuse flake in it and when you use it with baby bass green it works fantastic.

Yeah but the original is way lighter than the new batch. Might play around with it or just lighten and then clear coat glitter.

Try with the clear coat glitter, I found that the gold holographic and the chartreuse both work great with the baby bass color. I think your only the 3rd person I know of that uses it but when my friends see me tying on that color jig out fishing they want one made with it. I will say that it is one of the few colors that you can go with bright and dark colored tying materials equally well.

Do you mix your gold and chartreuse glitter in the same clearcoat powder?? There were al bunch of folks that used it on TU and Ben from TJ's tackle is trying to make a batch of the original mix. CS doesn't have it only the new one.

Looks like a light olive - little yellow or yellow chart. added to g.pumpkin or the drk.watermellon maybe? I'd try the y.chart/d.watermellon 1st. ;) Always hard to tell xactley what a color is from a picture tho.

Have not been adding in glitter to any new mixes i make now...... i tap the glitter/clear mix on top of whatever my base color is. You can mix it into the main color IF it is a candy type color with lots of clear added in. But still think it looks better with the glitter added after the main painting is done.
