My mom is a quilter and brought me a bag of goodies. In the bag was this thread. Had to try it, and updated daughter's frozen rod. Picture doesn't do the "sparkle" justice

Razzle dazzle by Ricky Tims. Aperent it's color 256 so must be lots of options. It's really fine tinsel braided with poly or nylon

Yes, I've been thinking about trimming him a little here and there. 130# sissy of a long coat German Shepherd, a weiner dog scares him.

Looks very similar to a thread I've used for jig bodies.  Below is an example.

Gütermann Metallic Sparkle Thread (Multi/Rainbow Black - #071) has been available at fabric and craft stores in the recent past.  It has a nice appearance too imo.

Yeah I've used that stuff before but this is cool the way it braided I'll take a picture of the 1-3 in sections I cut off would make good lateral lines
