I am a powder painting fool now!!!!! Thanks crazy angler thanks alot.... 22 colors, and away I went. I got everything ready, turned on my heat gun and started heating found out that 4seconds was perfect for a 1/8oz head. Dipped in fluid bed and it started to shine. Boy a ball bat couldnt knock the smile off my face. I then hung it up on my drying rack and kept going. 40 min later I had 400 heads prepainted.. Then came time to cure them so I put in 100 1/8oz 356 for 25min. Then 200 1/16, and last 100 1/24 oz..My nose was stuck on the oven watching for drips and to my amazement....NONE...... I am a pro or atleast, I like to think so now lol...

I still use both...I like the vinyl because it will shrink to the head.. And I use it mainly now on 1/80- 1/64 the smaller heads

Powder paint is hard to beat Jason. That's all I use now. I could see where the tiny heads would be hard to heat up without melting them.
