Mixing Powder Pics and Recipes

These are some of my mixes. Top is Frogger, 2nd is Porky, 3rd is Pinky Pearl, 4th is Blue Pearl.

Frogger is Equal parts BLACK-GLOW CHARTR.-CHARTR.-RED BUG
Porky is Equal parts RED BUG-WHITE
Pinky Pearl is 2 PEARL WHITE-1 RUBY SLIPPER-1 CANDY PINK
Blue Pearl is 3 WHITE-1 (+A SMIDGE) SAPPHIRE BLUE
Glitter can be added to these but the Red Bug, Ruby, and Sapphire already have glitter in them. Pay close attention when mixing. After adding colors together I always dip one head to test. Add more and dip again. You will get some interesting colors along the way. Might want to stop sooner than I did using smaller amounts. These have not been cured.

A few more easy ones. Top is Pearly Purple, 2nd is Minner Gray, 3rd one is a Burnt Orangish Brown!

Pearly Purple is Equal Parts PEARL WHITE-JUNE BUG
Minner Gray is 3 1/2 WHITE- 2 BLACK
Burnt Orange Brown thing is a mix of SILVER-CHARTR.-RED. (I DID NOT WRITE THIS ONE DOWN. EQUAL PTS SHOULD GET CLOSE)
I have found that starting small with TSP. amts. does not waste much paint if the end result is not desired and you can always keep adding to back to one of the original shades. It is very addictive so I will warn you ahead of time to NOT MIX PAINT. I cannot be held responsible! Let's see what you come up with!

I like frogger and burnt orange. Been woundering what to do with the silver and red I have. I don't like either of those by themselves.

Here are some colors I made a couple of years ago

Left to right are green blue and black with a rainbow flake clear coat
the last on the right is black with a clear coat amber flake

Has anyone mixed a candy color with either white or silver?

Played with the paint this morning. Several of these colors came out really neater than my pictures show. I tried to make use of some of the colors I had that I didn't care for. That Pearl Pepper is UGLY and so is the Purple by themselves. My pictures didn't come out very clear.

I like this one. It's a little darker than the picture shows. 2 Parts Transparent Yellow, 1 part Candy Yellow, 1 part Pearl Pepper

Favorite of the bunch. 2 parts Yellow Chartruse, 2 parts Candy Orange, 1/2 part Red

Another REALLY neat color. Unlike what the picture shows, this is a gunmetal. 5 parts Blue Candy and 1 part Silver.

A Salmon Color. 3 parts Candy Orange and 1 part Pearl Pepper.

Pretty Good Brown. 2 parts Copperhead 2 parts Pumkin Brown

OK Baitfish Color 3 parts Pearl Pepper, 5 parts Candy Yellow, 1/2 part Gold

Nice color 3 parts Pearl Pepper 2 parts Purple Got a bad dip on the color. It's actually pretty neat.
