Did a couple tonight. I need some better eye adhesive. Darn super glue gets everywhere. Stuck my fingers together. Went screaming round the house like a little baby. Not really, but I was ticked off for a second or two. The super glue made the eyes cloudy.

Nice-looking ties.

I use Loctite Super Glue Gel to affix eyes onto recessed jig heads. The gel stays put and doesn't ooze greatly or run.

For flies, I've used E6000 Craft Adhesive with minimal mess and good results.

on my shannon streamer which is similar i use small projects silicone in clear. the eyes hold great and the silicone traps some air in the head. fly is on flyfishohio.com rich mc

Loon UV Flow works really good and the eyes don't cloud .
