Well the heat has ole Lou shedding again. Hes shed a couple times this year. Which means more jigs for me! I mostly use his hair for smaller bream jigs but tie a few in larger sizes as well.

Heres some pics of Lou. The first is of me thanking him for the free materials! The other two is him building his nest. If it hits the floor it goes in his nest. So if I get to missing a sock chances are he's stuffed it in his nest! You have to be careful to not drop any clothes when getting them out of the dryer which is in his room. As you can see in the last pic he loves dryer sheets.

Ha! Ha! That's great! I bet Ol' Lou smells good with all those dryer sheets in his nest. How long has he had you?

We've had him for 2.5 years. Fell out of the tree when he was a day or two old. He was pink and no hair. Fed him puppy milk with a syringe for a long time. We tried releasing him when he was old enough, but he just went to the neighbors and climbed up on their screen door wanting in.

That's alright. Use to have one years ago and he would keep things interesting. Thanks for sharing the pics and story. Nice jig too.

What a sweet little face. I had one as well years ago. He enjoyed digging up my moms plants and climbing the curtains. We would let him out the back door and a few hours later he would be peeking in the windows ready to come in. They are rather clever and fun to watch. Thanks for sharing!

Ha! Ole Lou. Well we still have him. I have to make sure I close the back door all the way now. Hes figures out how to pry open the door if it isnt completely closed! He scared me yesterday when i was trying to put June to sleep. He snuck up and jumped in the chair with us!
